Custom-made orthopedic sandals built around a personalised EVA base, premium materials, and precise CAD/CAM design
Custom EVA base
Individually shaped EVA base with a Shore hardness of 30–40 Shore A, providing controlled support, comfort, and stability, combined with a high rearfoot cup for effective rearfoot control.
Midsole, outsole & cushioning
White midsole with approximately 55 Shore A, paired with a durable rubber outsole (55–60 Shore A) for grip and longevity. Offloading zones are accommodated using Poron® or Carbosan® (12–15 Shore A) where clinically indicated.
CAD/CAM design & manufacturing
Designed from patient-specific data using CAD/CAM workflows, ensuring accurate geometry, repeatability, and seamless integration of biomechanical features into the sandal design.
