Orthotic shell
Functional shells manufactured from materials such as fibreglass or carbon fibre, offering reliable biomechanical support while maintaining reduced thickness and good adaptability for everyday footwear.
Covers, cushioning & offloading
Anti-slip EVA bottom layers improve stability, with top covers in EVA or Poron® (6–15 Shore A). Integrated offloading and cushioning zones use Poron® or Carbosan® (12–15 Shore A) to reduce peak pressures and impact.
